“For we are His workmanship, having been created in Christ Jesus for good works which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them” (BLB).
God has written an epic poem – you. The word “workmanship” in this passage is the Greek word “poiema” from which we get our English word “poem.” You beautifully express something about God to the world that no one else can express quite like you can. There are certain people that will be reached for Christ only by their reading of the poem that is you. There are kingdom accomplishments that will only be achieved when you do them.

How do you find these people and discover these works? You just be! God has already prepared all of them beforehand so that as you walk in the reality of the poem you are in Christ these people will be reached and His works will be done. The key is to believe and be the poem God has written in Christ, not the graffiti your past, the devil, and the world have scribbled across that poem.

Let nothing and no one define you but Christ and His Word. Then, go about your day in fellowship with Him. You never know how God might use you today to change someone’s life or advance the cause of His kingdom.

But, I can tell you this. It will be EPIC!
