Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms. (1Peter 4:10 NIV) 
In God’s economy what we give away comes back to us in increasing measure. When we use our spiritual gifts to serve others we are giving to them God’s grace in one form or another. God then uses someone else to administer His grace back to us.
“But, what if I don’t know what my spiritual gift is?” Start serving somewhere in your church. Your spiritual gift will show up. When it does, give it away to someone who needs it. You’ll receive it back in greater quantity along with many other expressions of God’s wonderful and multifaceted grace. He who refreshes others will himself be refreshed. (Proverbs 11:25b NIV)
