Can I Trust You?: Cultivating Character That Isn’t Performative

I stood beside him in the church choir. Months later, he was arrested for murder. Back then, he seemed like the kind of man no one would ever question—steady, respected, a pillar of our community. Sure, he seemed a little aloof during choir...

Hope for the Holidays When Your Heart is Breaking

When Christmas Isn’t Joyful On the morning of December 14th, 2012, I sat by the soft glow of my Christmas tree in the pre-dawn stillness. The tranquility of the moment stood in direct contrast with the scene unfolding before me in scripture as I read Matthew chapter...

About the President

Dave Wike is a family man. Serving pastors, and those who desire to do the same, became his calling over the last 20+ years. He and his wife Margie live in North Carolina.
